«It took me four years to paint like Raphael, but a lifetime to paint like a child.”
Pablo Picasso
TRINIty. 100x100, oil painting This work marked a decisive turning point in the artist’s practice. Trinity represents the beginning of a new artistic period — a movement away from classical figurative painting toward abstraction and a symbolic language of form and color. Here, for the first time, familiar visual structures were consciously abandoned in favor of intuition and an inner way of seeing.

SEARCHING FOR A NEW FORM
"TRINITY", 2024 100x100, oil on canvas
during the process of working on this painting, for the first time, there was a rejection of the usual supports in favor of an intuitive, internal vision.
My practice is rooted in a dialogue with form. I do not begin with a fixed sketch or predetermined image — the painting develops gradually through layers, pauses, and transformation. Rather than forcing an idea into existence, I allow it to reveal itself over time. Each work passes through moments of density, destruction, and reconstruction until it reaches a state of inner coherence.

Ways of Working
My work extends beyond painting into shared experiences — from collecting original artworks to engaging in creative practice through workshops and personal sessions.
A personal experience of art through a unique artistic approach.
Natalia S.
I came in without a clear understanding of what I wanted to paint, and with a strong inner tension. The most valuable thing Alena did was intuitively understand what I was searching for — even before I could articulate it myself. Through the process, everything gradually fell into place. It wasn’t just a class, but a deeply personal experience.

With Alena, there is no feeling of being taught the same way as everyone else. She works with you as if your story is entirely your own. At times she supports you, at times she gently pushes you forward, but never with pressure. Because of this, a sense of confidence begins to emerge — along with the feeling that you are truly capable.
Anna A.
I attended one of Alena’s art evenings, and it felt nothing like a typical workshop. The atmosphere was calm, warm, and at the same time deeply immersive. Alena has a way of holding the space — you relax, and suddenly begin doing things that once felt difficult or inaccessible.
Julia P.
What mattered to me was not simply learning how to paint, but understanding and working through an inner block. During the individual sessions, we went much deeper than I had expected. Alena has a very intuitive sense of where you are emotionally and creatively, and she never gives more than what truly feels necessary for you in that moment

I commissioned a painting as a gift, and for me it became a deeply personal process. Alena didn’t simply ask, “What colors would you like?” — she genuinely immersed herself in the mood, the space, and the emotional atmosphere behind it. In the end, the work turned out to be even more powerful than I had imagined.

The online sessions turned out to be unexpectedly powerful. Despite the format, there was still a strong sense of personal connection throughout the process. Alena is incredibly attentive to detail and offers exactly the kind of feedback that helps you move forward — not just create something that looks “beautiful.”
